The people behind 24x7 Washing Machine Service
Ask anyone in Hyderabad about getting an appliance repaired and you'll hear the same story. Somebody booked a visit, took half a day off work, and waited by the door for a technician who never came.
That story is the reason we exist.
Why we started
We are washing machine technicians first and a business second. Years of repair work across the city taught us something simple: people rarely complain about the fault itself. Machines break, and everyone accepts that. What wears a customer down is the waiting, the unanswered calls, and the bill that turns out bigger than the quote.
So we built a service around the opposite habits. You name the time, and we arrive in it. Before a single screw comes out, you hear what is wrong and what it will cost. And the repair happens at your place, in front of you, not in a workshop across town.
How we work, visit by visit
Every booking begins with a couple of questions. Is your machine a top load or a front load? What is it doing, or refusing to do? Those answers tell the technician which spares to pack before leaving, which is why so many of our repairs finish in one visit.
Our spares come from company dealers. That matters more than it sounds. A cheap copy part might run for a month and then take the motor down with it, so we fit genuine ones and give you a warranty on them. If a part we fitted fails inside that period, we come back and put it right.
There is one thing we say plainly to every customer. No manufacturer has authorized us, and we don't pretend otherwise. We are a private repair service. Our work stands on the skill of our technicians and on whether you'd call us again.
A local team that covers the whole city
Hyderabad is a big place, and a washing machine in Kukatpally matters as much as one in Dilsukhnagar. Our technicians visit residential areas across Hyderabad and Secunderabad, from apartments in Gachibowli and Kondapur to independent houses in Malkajgiri and Alwal. Most days, we can reach you on the day you call.
Wondering who will walk into your home? Technicians who mop up after a leak test, show you the old part they removed, and leave a number that someone actually answers.
Is your machine acting up right now?
Tell us about it. Even if you only want to know whether a repair is worth the money, you'll get a straight answer.
