24x7 Washing Machine Service is a privately run business. No washing machine manufacturer has authorized, appointed or endorsed us, and we are not part of any manufacturer's own service network. Looking for the official service of a particular brand? Please contact that company directly through its website or customer care number.
Brand names and trademarks
Brand names, model names and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. We mention them only to tell you which machines we repair. Manufacturer logos do not appear on this site, and nothing here is a claim of partnership or approval.
Manufacturer warranty
A repair by an independent service may affect the warranty your manufacturer gave you. If your machine is still under that warranty, check its terms or speak to the manufacturer before you book with us.
Our spares and our warranty
We buy spares from company dealers and fit them at your home. Each spare we fit carries a warranty of [WARRANTY PERIOD] from the date of repair, as written on your bill. That warranty covers the part we replaced. It does not cover other parts of the machine, or damage from voltage fluctuation, water quality, pests, misuse, accidents or later repairs by anyone else.
Charges, timing and availability
You hear the cost before work starts, and you are free to say no. Same-day visits and chosen time slots depend on technician availability, traffic, weather and whether the spare is in stock. When a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long it will take.
Information on this website
Fault descriptions and error code meanings on this site are general guidance, not a diagnosis of your machine. Please don't open or repair a washing machine yourself while it is connected to power or water.
Limit of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any repair is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair. Nothing on this page takes away the rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
