Privacy Policy
To repair your washing machine, we need to know where you live and how to reach you. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it and what happens to it afterwards.
Last updated: [DATE]
This policy applies to this website and to bookings made by phone, WhatsApp or our online form.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, address, email (if you share it), and a description of your machine and its problem, including any photos or messages you send.
- Records of the work: the date of the visit, the repair we did, the spares we fitted, the amount you paid and your warranty details.
- Website data: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you viewed, and whether you reached us through an advertisement. Cookies and similar tools gather this.
Why we use it
- To arrange and carry out your repair visit
- To call or message you about your booking, including by SMS or WhatsApp
- To issue your bill and honour your warranty
- To answer your questions and complaints
- To learn which pages and adverts bring enquiries, so we can improve the site
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other companies for their marketing.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and measurement tools from providers such as Google, for example Google Ads and Google Analytics. These tools count visits, record form submissions and calls made from the site, and may show our adverts to people who have visited us before. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Google account's ad settings.
Who we share it with
- Your technician: the person assigned to your job sees your name, phone number, address and the problem you described.
- Service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as website hosting, calling and messaging, payments and accounting. They receive only what they need.
- Authorities: government bodies or courts, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep booking and repair records for as long as your warranty, our accounts and the law require. After that, we delete them or remove the details that identify you. Only people who need your information for their work can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you rights over your personal data. You can ask us to:
- Show you the details we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your details, where the law does not require us to keep them
- Stop contacting you, by withdrawing your consent
